Q: Where is your location? A: Our address is 1600 Avenue T Brooklyn NY 11229.

Q: I want to know an estimated time of arrival. A: On average, merchandise is produced and shipped in 3-4 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 14-21 days for international).

Q: Is it safe to shop? A: Yes, It is safe.

Q: Do you know where shirts coming from? A: We are working with a few American suppliers like ThreadMeUp and CustomCat.

Q: I make a mistake and want to change my order. I just noticed that I chose the wrong item by mistake, can you swap my product? I just noticed that I chose the wrong size by mistake, can you fix this? A: Our production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so our customers get the order ASAP. Unfortunately, because of our automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered production. Once an order has entered production, it is going to be decorated and we are no longer able to edit the order. Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item goes into production, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to send out your product ASAP so act fast!

Q: How much time do I have to make changes in my order from entering production? A: From the moment the order has processed, you have until the next production upload to hold the order. 

Q: Do you accept PayPal? A: Yes.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: We ship anywhere in the world now! Ship time ranges from 2-3 weeks depending on proximity to Detroit, MI

Q: I just noticed that I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do? A: Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item ships, than we can make the change. Otherwise, we will have to wait until the item is returned to us.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy? A: We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving product. At the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, spelling, etc. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Q: What happens if my item is damaged? A: If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.

Q: What happens if my item is damaged after washing? A: We strongly recommend reading the washing instructions found on the packing slip of your product. Designs are meant to last after many correct washings. Designs are not meant to last after being mistreated. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us.
